CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ALL SERVICES:

·        Any cancellation received 24 hours in advance, no penalty charge will apply.

·        Any cancellation received less than 24 hours or No Show a 100% penalty charge will apply.

 

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

·        Our private transportation services have a waiting period of 30 minutes on arrivals and 15 minutes on departures. Additional waiting time will be automatically charged.

·        Child car seats available at $10.00 USD each, one way, plus 16% Tax.

72 + hours in advance       No charges

48 + hours in advance       20% plus any additional penalty from service provider

24 + hours in advance       30% plus any additional penalty from service provider

Less than  24 hours in advance        100% of charges

 

WATER ACTIVITIES      

All water and/or boat activities can be cancelled only when Port Authorities close the harbour due to weather conditions.
